ATE-tested, AMS-81914 compliant CABLES

We use conduit that is AMS-81914-compliant, with both EMI-shielded and non-shielded designs available. Our cable assemblies, designed to be repairable using basic tools, are built for the flightline environment, boasting 75lb. tensile strength on each cable leg and are tested to -54 /+74 degrees Celsius. Manufactured using Six Sigma enhanced processes, all cables are built by expert techs with years of cable-assembly fabricating experience. We test our cables using state-of-the- art ATE equipment, providing significantly more detailed information than hand continuity testing—and all processes are overseen and checked by one of our electrical engineers.
