Chief Executive Officer, Chair of the Board

Melissa Williams Hoskins became Chief Executive Officer of WilliamsRDM in 2022. Previously she served as Human Resources Director, Executive Assistant to founder Della Williams, as well as Development Director for the family’s nonprofit, the WPI Firefighter’s Fund.

Melissa is proud to continue her mother’s legacy, with a focus on the strategic growth of WilliamsRDM, while maintaining the company’s 60 year commitment to providing the best solutions on the market. Prior to her appointment, she was already spearheading the acquisition of a newer, larger facility. But this growth is about more than just walls, specifically the growth of an intentional, healthy, and vibrant culture within the organization to achieve its goals.

Melissa has actively served in a variety of leadership roles within volunteer organizations, including the Junior League of Fort Worth, Trojan Booster Club, president of the Parents’ Club and Annual Giving Chair at Trinity Valley School, and National Charity League with her three daughters. She has recently been named to the Board of Directors for the National Association of Manufacturers.

Melissa resides in Benbrook, Texas with her husband, Ben, and their three daughters, Isabella, Georgia, and Lily Kate. When not in the office, she can generally be found at a soccer or field hockey field supporting her daughters, or cheering on her SMU Mustangs.
