DACTS Flight-line Kit for F-16

Digital Armament Circuits Test Set

DACTS Kit & 416 DVD

75A56

Anchored by the 400-series handheld flightline tester, our flight-line kit has been deployed across the globe in various configurations specifically for F-16, F-35, F-15, and A-10 continuing a legacy of reliable and rugged ground support equipment.

The brains of the WilliamsRDM current DACTS kit is the 400 series Digital Voltage Detector (DVD), the easiest-to-use, most-reliable, handheld pre-load tester in the military today. The 400 was developed internally from the ground-up to improve the effectiveness of the maintainer while reducing the testing time associated with the legacy 467 testers.

Our 400-series DVD is the preferred flight-line tester on many USAF and FMS programs, including the A-10, F-15, F-16 and F-35 platforms.

Hand-held and compact, the DVD is used to facilitate aircraft electronic testing of the armament circuits at the pre-load level of maintenance.

WilliamRDM’s DVD is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions and a drop from heights up to seven feet. It has a simple push-button design, which makes it easy to hold and operate with one hand, even when used with gloves.

Features

A set of black electronic cables with various connectors and adapters arranged on a white background. The cables have different plug types, including pronged and circular connectors.

3rd Generation Cables

Cable jackets are flexible yet durable with strain relief up to 75 lbs. Environmentally sealed. Threaded backshells for field repairability.

A black coaxial cable splitter with multiple connectors and blue security wires, set against a white background. The splitter has three branches and labeled components.

Y Cables

Improved efficiency for one DVD to run tests on two breeches at the same time.

A foam-lined case containing six cylindrical metal devices, each connected by blue wires, neatly organized in individual compartments. The case is open, showing all components securely in place.

Improved User Experience

The DVD interface is easily read in low light or direct sunlight. The user can see the actual measurements.

A close-up of a Common Armaments Preload Tester device, showing its display and buttons on the front and an open back panel revealing internal circuitry and AA batteries.

Increased Battery Life

Battery life has been extended to 50 hours with use of two COTS “AA” batteries and a low- power design.

An open green military-style hard case containing cables and equipment, with a black foam-lined lid showing a contents list and warning label inside.
