As a full-time employee of WilliamsRDM, you are eligible to participate in our benefits package as of the first day of the month following thirty (30) days of employment.

Medical

We offer medical coverage through BCBS, including prescription drug coverage.

Dental

We offer a PPO dental coverage plan through Mutual of Omaha. 

Vision

Our vision plan is handled through Mutual of Omaha utilizing the EyeMed network.
WilliamsRDM pays for the cost of premiums for employee coverage on dental and vision plans. Dependent insurance is available at an additional cost to the employee.
An employee may choose to opt-out of their medical insurance coverage with both proof of insurance and continued coverage from another insurance plan provider. A payroll credit is given.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS: We offer a flexible spending account through ABY. This plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars from their salary to pay for medical, dental, and vision related expenses that are not reimbursed by an insurance plan.
LIFE & ACCIDENTAL DEATH OR DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE: We offer a no-cost life/AD&D insurance policy for each employee up to $20,000. Additionally, employees may elect additional coverage in supplement insurance, spousal insurance, and children’s insurance, at group rates.
DISABLITY INSURANCE: We pay for short term disability for regular full-time employees, with the option of adding long term disability at group rates.
RETIREMENT PLAN: Our optional retirement plan is a Principal 401K plan. WilliamsRDM matches employee contributions to this plan dollar for dollar for the first 3% contributed, and an additional $0.50 per dollar on the next 2% contributed for a total of 4% matching up to the IRS limit. Employees are eligible to contribute after the completion of sixty (60) of employment.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM: We offer employees an employee assistance program that provides up to three free visits to a counselor in your area, per incident, to help with issues such as emotional heath, financial, and legal. A travel assistance program is also offered to assist with any problems you may have while traveling, either on business or pleasure.
PTO: After successful completion of 60 days of employment and through 1.9 years of service, a regular full-time employee receives 72 hours of PTO; after two years of employment, a regular full-time employee receives 112 hours of PTO; after five years of employment, a regular full-time employee receives 152 hours of PTO and after 15 years of employment a regular full-time employee receives 192 hours of PTO.
HOLIDAY SHUTDOWN: Regular full-time employees who are employed prior to November 1 will be paid during the company shutdown period at the end of the year.
