WilliamsRDM recognizes employees for outstanding performance in 2020

Congratulations to our 2020 Award Recipients! Eddie received our Employee of the Year for his outstanding performance in assembly and mentoring of others on his team. (Also, pictured with his supervisor, Stacy, far right, and the Assembly team.) Don & David were recognized as our Innovators of the Year for outstanding design and development of a new product and its assembly line! They are well-deserving recipients among our entire team, which persevered and excelled through such a challenging year. We were not able have our normal awards ceremony with the whole company in attendance, so these awards were presented by Della Williams (Owner, President & CEO) & Craig Walters (Vice President) just before we departed for our Christmas break in a small group setting.
