It might be compact in size and simple in design, but it lacks nothing in capabilities.

The star of the WilliamsRDM’s DACTS (SERD 75A56) kit is the Digital Voltage Detector (DVD), the easiest-to-use, most reliable pre-load tester in the military today. The DVD was developed internally from the ground-up and is not just an evolutionary upgrade to the 467-2 and 467-3 voltage testers, but a revolutionary technological leap that will improve the effectiveness of the user while reducing the testing time associated with the legacy 467 testers.

While it is a relatively new product, it is common to USAF and FMS programs, including the A-10, F-15, F-16 and F-35 platforms.

The Digital Voltage Detector (DVD), nicknamed “Juice Box,” is a hand held, compact, electronic measurement device used to facilitate aircraft electronic testing of the armament circuits at the preload level of maintenance.

The “Juice Box” replaces the legacy “Beer Can” circuit tester and offers many superior features. It is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions and a drop from heights up to seven feet. It has a simple push-button design, which makes it easy to hold and operate with a single hand, even when used with gloves.
